Staff Quick Guide

For front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and trainees during a normal shift.

1. Login

  • Open Crew on your phone.
  • Enter your 4-digit PIN.
  • Allow location when asked — staff must be on-site. Managers are exempt.

2. Tasks

  • Start on Tasks.
  • Open a task to see steps, notes, photos, or SOP context.
  • Mark done only when the work is actually finished.
  • If something blocks you, flag it instead of ignoring it.

🚩 Flag a problem

  • Tap Flag or use Quick Report.
  • Choose the category and room if relevant.
  • Write a short, clear description.
  • Urgent/guest-impact issues alert management.

🤝 My Shift / Handover

  • Use My Shift to see your progress.
  • Add handover notes before you leave.
  • Mention unfinished work, guest issues, cash issues, or anything the next shift must know.

5. Learn

  • Use Learn for training questions and XP.
  • Answer carefully — training quality matters more than points.

6. SOPs

  • Use SOPs when you are unsure how to do a task.
  • Complete SOP steps as you work through them.
  • Trainees/proefdag users follow the first-day checklist first.

  • See your progress, XP, next shift, and logout.
  • Use this as your personal status page.

🆘 If stuck

  • Ask Rochelle or the shift lead.
  • Flag the issue in Crew.
  • Do not complete a task just to make the list look clean.
